How does it work?
You schedule a meeting with the specialist who best fits your query. Prior to this, we ask you to explain your question as clearly as possible and to share relevant information and documents with us. This allows the specialist to prepare so that we can use the time during the meeting as efficiently as possible.
The meetings are paid and are billed based on the hourly rate of the specialist in question. The specialist and the rate will be announced after you have submitted your query. The duration of the call is invoiced in 10-minute increments.
If it becomes apparent during or after the meeting that additional work is required and you commission us for a follow-up project, we will deduct the cost of the call from the total price of that service.
For the most efficient conversation possible
Please provide as much relevant information in advance as possible, including:
a short description of your situation and concrete question;
relevant correspondence or agreements;
documents, calculations or other papers relating to the issue;
what you would like to have clear by the end of the conversation.
The better informed we are in advance, the less time is needed during the call to map out the situation and the more time we can spend on the actual advice.

Do you think your issue will probably require more than a single conversation? In that case, you can also opt for a non-binding preliminary investigation.
We will then first look at your situation, assess which expertise and activities are required, and can then advise you specifically on a suitable follow-up process.
